14. Appeals regarding which the board of directors has not rendered a decision on 6 November 2008 shall be submitted to the committee specified in section 8 of this Regulation for review. For this purpose, the board of directors shall replace any member of the committee with a member of the Order who is not a member of the board of directors.
The third and fourth paragraphs of section 13 apply in this case.
